By using Bitewise you agree to these terms and to Apple standard end user licence agreement, which applies to all apps downloaded from the App Store.
Using the app
Bitewise is for personal use. Calorie and nutrition figures, including those produced by AI, are estimates and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them. The app does not provide medical, dietary or fitness advice and is not a substitute for a professional.
Subscriptions
- Standard, Pro and Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple ID account in the currency of your App Store country (NZD in New Zealand, AUD in Australia).
- Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, you are charged for the first period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Fair use
AI features have daily usage limits to keep the service reliable. Do not try to bypass them, reverse engineer the service, or use it unlawfully.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, including New Zealand consumer law.
